For the love . . . more ARod drug-related drama. Yesterday ARod was contacted by federal investigators to talk about a criminal investigation involving a Canadian doctor who tried to import and unapproved drug into the US . . .

Now since it's ARod, you would assume it was some form of Human Growth Hormone . . . and you'd be correct. Basically the drug is a "platlet rich plasma" therapy designed to speed up injury recoveries . . .

(It's called Actovegin . . . and it's extracted from calf's blood and human growth hormones)

ARod says he can't comment on that . . . he's focused on baseball.

John Mayer and Jessica Simpson . . .

So I was watching Jessica Simpson on Oprah yesterday on ABC (WHILE I STILL CAN!) And of course the reason Oprah booked the interview was so she could get Jessica to respond to what John Mayer had to say about her.

She said she felt betrayed . . .

She basically backed up what he has admitted - that's not the real him saying those things.

Apparently he DID apologize to her . . .

She said she didn't even read it. I think I would have felt the same way! If you don't read it, it's almost like it's not really out there.

And further, I felt watching her that she is very- she's very likable . . . I've been appreciating non-stick figures lately . . . she has curves and she looks really good. She's not all thin.
