So I hope Charlie Sheen doesn't mind sporting the color orange because apparently there is a prison cell with his name on it.

The Chief Deputy District Attorney says he will turn down ANY plea deal from Charlie Sheen that doesn't involve a felony . . . he says a message needs to be sent that the community will not tolerate this behavior.

Meanwhile Charlie's lawyer says he won't accept any felony charges because no felony occurred.
