Well this latest move is filing a frivolous lawsuit that has zero merit. Lindsay is suing the company E-trade . . . the one with the hilarious commercials that feature babies sitting there talking but they have adult voices.

Well Linds is suing over their latest (Superbowl) ad. IN the ad the baby boy is busy trading stock and is apologizing to his girlfriend for not calling the night before. The baby girl becomes suspicious and asks if he's with that "Milkaholic" Lindsay.

Lindsay is claiming that she is just as recognizable by her first name as Madonna and Beyonce so therefore E-trade used her name and characterization without her approval which is a violation of her rights.

She's seeking $100,000!

E-trade is saying they used a popular baby name that happened to be the name of someone on the account team.
