a. The WBLI "DISNEY CRUISE INTO SPRING VACATION" contest is a four week promotion that will consist of four separate Disney cruise giveaways. The contest schedule is as follows: 1. Monday February 24th, 2003 – Friday February 28th, 2003, 2. Monday March 3rd, 2003 – Friday March 7th, 2003, 3. Monday March 10th, 2003 – Friday March 14th, 2003 and Monday March 17th, 2003 – Friday March 21st, 2003.

b. To participate in the contest, listeners must tune in to WBLI during Steve and Maria in The Morning and Midday's with Reno and listen for the BLI/Disney "Boat Horn" and solicit for the 106th caller to win the "Disney Prize Pack" "Disney Cruise Into Spring Vacation" giveaway.

c. One winner will be chosen each week. All non-winning entries will NOT be continued over into the next weekly giveaway. Those four remaining qualifiers will be considered only recipients of Disney prize packs.

d. One qualifier/grand prize winner per household.

2. Eligibility Restrictions:

a. The contest is open to all WBLI listeners who are 21 years of age or older. Employees of WBLI, Cox Radio, their sponsors and agencies, their officers, commissioners, employees or agents, other radio stations in the state of New York and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win.

b. Listeners are eligible to win a WBLI contest only once every thirty days. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest.

c. Listeners are eligible to win a prize valued at $600.00 or more only once every three months (90 days).

3. Prizes:

a. Qualifying Prizes (approximately 40 winners, over 4 weeks) – a WBLI/Disney Prize Pack - (Approximate value: $60).

b. Grand Prizes (total of 4) – A three night cruise for four people aboard the Disney Wonder to Nassau and Castaway Cay in the Bahamas, which includes: 1 inside state room, ALL meals aboard the ship & government taxes and fees (as defined in the Disney Cruise Line brochure), round trip coach airfare between New York, NY and the Orlando International Airport and ground transportation from the airport to Port Canaveral and back to the airport via Disney Cruise Line transportation. (MAY NOT be substituted for cash).(Estimated Value of each grand prize $3,936 plus tax).

c. Listeners can qualify weekdays between the hours of 7am and 2pm. (With Steve and Maria in The Morning and Reno)

d. All prizes or prize certificates must be picked up in person at the WBLI studios at 555 Sunrise Highway, West Babylon, NY 11704. Any prize or prize certificate not claimed within two weeks of winning will be forfeited by the winner. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its arrival. WBLI is not responsible for the safe arrive of a prize or prize certificate.

e. Contest prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash.

f. Contest is open ONLY to residents of Nassau and Suffolk counties.

g. Difficulties with phone lines to enter the contest or getting to the WBLI studios to claim the prizes are not the responsibility of WBLI

4. Selection of Winners:

a. Decisions of station management with respect to the contest are final.

b. The 106th caller when solicited after the "Boat Horn Sounder" will win the qualifying prize and be in the drawing for the grand prize.

c. Grand prize winners will be selected by a random drawing from all qualifiers each FRIDAY. Drawings will take place between 5am-10am on the following dates: 2/28, 3/7, 3/14 & 3/21.

d. Listeners must be listening to qualify. Grand prize winner need not listen/or be present to win. Grand prize winners will be contacted by phone.

5. Conditions:

a. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form 1099 or the equivalent.

b. By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize.

c. Contest winners will be required to sign a liability release prior to acceptance of any prize valued at $600.00 or greater or which prize includes the provision of transportation, whether or not such transportation is provided by WBLI. Pursuant to the liability release, the winners will agree to hold WBLI, its corporate licensee, parent corporation and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or contest.

d. WBLI reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, which will become effective upon announcement.

e. No purchase is necessary. The contest is void where prohibited.

f. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant's disqualification.

g. Copies of the written contest rules are available during regular business hours at the main studio of WBLI, 555 Sunrise Highway, West Babylon, NY 11704.
