2. Must be over the age of 18 to qualify for grand prize.

3. Winners must book wedding for an available Sunday in January or February 2005 in the Eastwind Country Gardens. No other dates will apply.

4. Once date has been set, it cannot be changed.

5. Estimated value of grand prize: $7,500 for 100 people

6. Grand prize consists of: 5 hour affair with open bar (standard shelf) for 100 people at Eastwind Country Gardens. Cocktail hour: Passes Hors D'Oeuvres (10 different, set menu), 5 chafing dishes (from a selection of 25), 2 pasta or 1 carving station (from a selection of 9 pastas or 5 carvings), cold platters. Champagne toast, First Course (soup, pasta or fruit cup), Salad, Dinner: each guest selects from a choice of 3 entrees served with potato, vegetable, rolls and butter. Wedding cake served with coffee and tea.

7. Value of prize cannot be applied to a date already booked with Eastwind.

8. Wedding package has no cash value; prize cannot be redeemed for cash.

9. Additional guests will be charged at prevailing rate.

10. All participating contests agree to hold WBLI radio and Cox Enterprises harmless against any claims against the station should any harm come to them as a result of their participation in this contest.

11. Winner must be present at the "I Do" brunch on Sunday March 14th, 2004 in order to qualify.

12. Prizes may not be transferred or exchanged.

13. No substitutions or changes in package items can be made.

14. Method of random drawing and all related procedures to be determined by station management.

15. All Decisions of the WBLI Judges are final.

16. Winner is responsible for tax (8.25%) and service charge of (18%).

17. To qualify listeners must fill out this website entry form in its entirety.

18. All applicable federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

19. The winner of the grand prize must sign a hold harmless agreement with the radio station should anything happen to them as a result of this event.

20. Employees and immediate families of WBLI Inc., and our parent company, Cox Enterprises, and other competing radio stations shall be ineligible to participate in this contest.

21. WBLI is not responsible for any injury that may occur during the participation of this contest.

22. All entries as a condition of entry agree to indemnify WBLI, Cox Radio, their employees, affiliates, and agents from any and all claims costs of expenses (including attorney's fees and costs of defense) arising out of or in connection with any portion of the prizes being offered. The winner must accept the prize "as is" and without recourse to any party listed here.

23. The determinations to whether an entry complies with the rules of any contest is in the sole and absolute discretion of the radio station, and their decision shall be final and non-appealable.

24. No transfer or substitution of prizes will be permitted.

25. By participating in WBLI/Eastwind Caterers "Wedding" contest, winners and contestants grant permission to WBLI to use their name, photograph, voice and or likeness for advertising and/or publicity purposes without additional consideration.

26. Once you have won this contest you cannot win another WBLI contest for 30 days.

27. Additional rules may be added for specific contests at the discretion of the station.

28. Failure to observe any of the above rules absolves WBLI of any and all liability and no prize awards will be considered for reimbursement. 29.
