Contest Runs June 30th-July 10th 2009.

RULES:
1. No purchase necessary.
2. Contest is open to residents of Nassau or Suffolk County, NY only.
3. Must be 21 and older to win the trip to Vegas or have parental supervision.
4. The BLI Nickelback Party Like a Rockstar in Las Vegas trip giveaway” contest will occur at various times during the day on 6/30-7/10 between 7am-10pm and WBLI will conduct the contest during these specified hours.
5. The only way to participate in the contest is to listen to WBLI during this time and be caller 106 when you hear the cue to call.
6. Caller 106 wins a pair of tickets to see Nickelback at Nikon At Jones Beach Theater on July 15th.
7. Everyone who wins tickets will qualify for the grand prize drawing for a trip for two Las Vegas to see Nickelback in concert in September.
8. Trip includes airfare for two, 1 night hotel and tickets to the show and passes to a pre-show party.
9. Trip is being provided by Live Nation.
10. Value of prize is approximately $1,200
11. Contest will not occur every hour but on set hours specified by the station and will end when all the tickets are given away.
12. Difficulties with phone lines to enter the contest or getting to the WBLI studios to claim the prizes are not the responsibility of WBLI.
13. As a winner of the prize, you will be required to sign a WBLI release form before your prize will be awarded.
14. MUST be 21 or older to win the grand prize or be accompanied by parent or guardian.
15. Prizes are available during office hours only which is 9am-5:30pm.
16. All applicable federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner and therefore you must present a valid Social Security Card before claiming your prize.
17. Employees, associates, interns, other related sponsors of WBLI and our parent company, Cox Enterprises, and their immediate families and any employees from other radio stations shall be ineligible to participate in this contest. The term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.
18. Once you have won a contest neither you nor any member of your family or household can win this or another BLI contest for 30 Days.
19. There will be no substitution for prizes. Participation in the contest and the prizes awarded are non-transferable. Failure to collect the prize constitutes forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited, the prize will remain the property of WBLI. Another winner will not be selected.
20. By participating in the ‘Nickelback Party Like a Rockstar in Vegas Trip giveaway” contest, winners and contestants grant permission to WBLI to use their name, photograph, voice and or likeness for advertising and/or publicity purposes without additional consideration.
21. WBLI reserves the right to make rule or contest changes without notice at any time. WBLI also reserves the right to change the aforementioned contest dates or cancel contest without notice.
22. The decision of the WBLI management in the interpretation of these rules is final. By participating, persons agree to be bound by the decision of the judges and the official rules.
23. If a winner is found in violation of these rules, he/she may be required to forfeit his/her prize.
24. A qualified entry is defined as someone who is caller 106 at designated contest call times and has given all the necessary information required. The determinations to whether an entry complies with the rules of any contest is in the sole and absolute discretion of the radio station, and their decision shall be final and non-appealable
25. All entries as a condition of entry agree to indemnify WBLI, Cox Radio, their employees, affiliates, Live Nation, Nickelback and agents from any and all claims costs of expenses (including attorney’s fees and costs of defense) arising out of or in connection with any portion of the prizes being offered. The winner must accept the prizes “as is” and without recourse to any party listed here
26. WBLI, its representatives, agencies and employees are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award and or use of the prize.
27. Failure to observe any of the above rules absolves WBLI of any and all liability and no prize awards will be considered for reimbursement.
28. Additional rules may be added for specific contests at the discretion of the station.
29. A complete copy of these rules can be obtained at the WBLI Studios 555 Sunrise Highway in West Babylon, NY 11704 during regular business hours Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.
