RULES:
1. The BLI/Sobe "Thrillicioius Giveaway" contest runs from April 21st -May 16th .

2. No purchase necessary.

3. The BLI/Sobe "Thrillicioius Giveaway" contest is only open to residents of Nassau or Suffolk County, NY.

4. All participants in the The BLI/Sobe "Thrillicioius Giveaway" contest must be at least 18 years old or older.

5. Difficulties with phone lines, computers, internet providers to enter the contest are not the responsibility of WBLI.

6. This contest can be entered by logging onto www.wbli.com and filling out the entry form in its entirety.

7. All incomplete entries will be automatically disqualified.

8. Any entries received via the internet AFTER 12 midnight on 5/16/08 will not be qualified for The BLI/Sobe "Thrillicioius Giveaway" contest

9. Decision of the judges is final. Grand Prize provided by Sobe consists of: An HD TV with Blue Ray disc player and 1 year subscription to Netflix and a home theater surround sound system, and a sky dive from Sky Dive Long Island

10. Approximate value of grand prize: $2,000

11. Grand prize winner will be chosen in the following manner. Each of the qualified entries will be go into a drawing and will be chosen at random.

12. Method of random drawing and all related procedures to be determined by station management.

13. Odds of winning based on number of qualified entries received.

14. A qualified entry is defined as an entry that is legible and completely filled out with name, address, phone number and date of birth.

15. The determinations to whether an entry complies with the rules of any contest is in the sole and absolute discretion of the radio station, and their decision shall be final and non-appealable

16. All applicable federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner and therefore you must present a valid Social Security Card before claiming your prize.

17. Employees, associates, interns, all participating sponsors, other related sponsors of WBLI and our parent company, Cox Enterprises, Pepsi Co., Sobe, Sky Dive Long Island and their immediate families and any employees from other radio stations shall be ineligible to participate in this contest. The term "immediate families" includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.

18. Once you have won a contest neither you nor any member of your family or household can win this or another BLI contest for 90 Days.

19. There will be no substitution for prizes unless a prize becomes unavailable at which time; WBLI has the right to substitute a prize. The value of this prize will be determined by the radio station and is not guaranteed to be of equal value.

20. Participation in the contest and the prizes awarded are non-transferable. Failure to collect the prize constitutes forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited, the prize will remain the property of WBLI. Another winner will not be selected.

21. The BLI/Sobe "Thrillicioius Giveaway" contest winners and contestants grant permission to WBLI to use their name, photograph, voice and or likeness for advertising and/or publicity purposes without additional consideration.

22. WBLI reserves the right to make rule or contest changes without notice at any time. WBLI also reserves the right to change the aforementioned contest dates without notice.

23. Winner agrees to hold WBLI radio and Cox Enterprises harmless against any claims against the station should any harm come to them as a result of their participation in this contest.

24. Prior to claiming prize winner will sign a hold harmless waiver for WBLI Radio which waives any claim against WBLI or Cox Radio

25. WBLI, its representatives, agencies and employees are not responsible for any liabilities, or damages to property arising directly or indirectly from the award and or use of the prize.

26. The decision of the WBLI management in the interpretation of these rules is final. By participating, persons agree to be bound by the decision of the judges and the official rules.

27. If a winner is found in violation of these rules, he/she may be required to forfeit his/her prize.

28. WBLI, its representatives, agencies and employees are not responsible for any liabilities or damages to property arising directly or indirectly from the award and or use of the prize.

29. Failure to observe any of the above rules absolves WBLI of any and all liability and no prize awards will be considered for reimbursement.
