Researchers found that compared to those who drank less than one can per day, subjects who downed one or more soft drinks daily had a:

• 31% greater risk of becoming obese
• 30% increased risk of adding on belly fat
• 25% higher risk of developing high blood triglycerides or high bloojd sugar
• 32% higher risk of having low HDL levels

Hey Dana, It's Diane S. from promotions, I did an event on Friday with Randy at the Shack and he ordered some food while we were there and told me that he wasn't allowed to have soda but proceeded to order a Pepsi. He said he wanted to talk about the place on air so I just wanted to make sure that he didn't try to deny that he did in fact drink soda this weekend. There is also a picture on the camera downstairs of him holding his soda. So I just wanted to let you know of this so you could call him out on it in case he did try to deny this LOL!!

breakfast
• 1/2 bagel with cream cheese
• four cups of coffee with sugar

lunch -
• taco bell
• nacho supreme, no tomato's
• number two, no tomoato's with water.
