1.) MISTAKE - Don't create a LAUNDRY list of a perfect guy's traits:
If you spend your entire profile talking about how you want a guy who's funny and caring and tall and smart and outdoors-y and into sports but NOT TOO much into sports ... YOU'LL TURN EVERYONE OFF!!!

2.) MISTAKE - Putting up a picture that doesn't show you at your BEST:
Men will be instantly suspicious that you've got something to hide if your picture isn't clear and show you at your best!

3.) MISTAKE - Going overboard in the "About Me" Section:
This is ALWAYS BAD! Some guys will stop reading because they get bored ... and others will click away because they think you're self-obsessed!

4.) MISTAKE - Using fairy tale language:
Watch out for saying things like "soul mate" or "knight in shining armor" This puts WAY too much pressure on guys!

5.) MISTAKE - Being too honest about your romantic history:
Don't start your profile off talking about WHY you're now single!
