Dana has had it. Day after day, week after week, and month after month, Randy continues to let down BLI in the Morning by being totally negligent and irresponsible when it comes to anything job related. He either doesn't show up for the show at all, strolls in very late, spends the whole show distracting everyone else, or makes empty promises to actually do work and then doesn't follow through.

Once in a while Randy will trick us and be on board with the show, start doing actual work and helping out for a week or so, and the he falls back into the same dull useless habits. He even told Dana he would start to find her some celebrity pics for the website, surprising enough he did a great job! A week later, back to square one. Not only does he promise to participate and then leave us hanging, but rarely even stays to help plan the next day's show. On the rare occasion he decides to stay out of guilt, he often falls asleep while Dana and Amanda are busy bees doing all of the work. It's come down to bribes.

There is no other way to get a deranged old man to come to work and stay motivated other than to bribe him. Dana has designed RANDY'S WORK INCENTIVE PROGRAM! Each week Randy has the opportunity to earn a gift Dana has purchased for him with hopes that the treat will bribe his scary little self into coming to work and actually being useful. If Randy completes the week without missing any days, being late, or being a total slacker, he gets the prize. It's like candy to a child. Randy's Work Incentive Program, the last resort for BLI in the Morning and the future employment of the lovable loon.
