If you’re a 90′s kid like me, you’re going to LOVE this! I was scrolling throught Hulu on St. Pat’s Day (what else was there to do?) & I came across this documentary called “Kid 90″- totally passed it by & then realized “wait...Thats MY time!” I went back, hit play, & OMG....It’s Soleil Moon Frye aka Punky Brewster! Then Brian Austin Green, Mark Paul Gosselaar, & Jonathan Brandis (RIP)! She even touches on Charlie Sheen & their “encounters.” Moon Frye decided at a young age to start documenting everything that happened in her life with a video camera & 20 something years later, we’re on a ride in the Delorean, going back into time. The extra yet humble fashion, the value of a shopping mall, the music, brown lipstick! I’M BACK, BABY! The documentary hightlights what it was like to be a teenager in the 90′s, pieced together by hundreds of hours of film footage Moon Frye took throught out her life as a teenage star in the early ’90s. The documentary explores the ins and outs of teenage stardom at a time before cellphones and social media were teenage norms — and features some biggest stars of the time.
