This is real...this is...Selena Gomez?! According to E! News, Selena Gomez may have been originally offered the role of Mitchie in Camp Rock...and turned it down.
The reason? According to David DeLuise, Selena Gomez’ on screen dad on Wizards of Waverly Place, Selena turned down the role so Demi Lovato could secure it.
Selena Gomez has yet to confirm or deny if this is true. One thing is for sure: we loved their friendship!
