On Friday Oct. 25 , a fire broke out effected businesses on Main Street in Sayville. The wind-caused brush fire, according to News 12, now is leaving businesses vulnerable ahead of the holiday season. The businesses that are impacted include: Crushed Olive, Paper Doll Vintage, former location of Cafe Joelle, Boris Barber Shop, Sayville Running company, and more.

Thankfully, according to Greater Long Island, a fundraiser has been started to help all the businesses. You can help by donating to the Main Street Fire Relief Fund, set up by the Sayville Chamber of Commerce. More info can be found here.
