When Paramount+ cancelled the 2021 reboot of iCarly after 3 seasons, fans of the show were LIVID. Especially because the show left on a massive cliffhanger! Not only did Carly get a visit from her mom (who we have NEVER seen, even on the original show) but Carly and Freddie, a relationship fans waited what seemed like FOREVER for, were finally talking about getting married.
And then the show came to an abrupt end. Unfair, right? Well Miranda Cosgrove is saying it is time to tie up those loose ends.
On The Talk, Cosgrove talked about the reboot, and said, “Yes, and we actually ended the revival on a cliffhanger, and we’re going to wrap that up.” Personally I’m keeping my fingers crossed for an iCarly movie!
