I’ll be upfront with you right away! This spider might be venomous to other bugs but as far as we know, it’s not harmful to humans or pets! This was a story NBC’s Today Show had on them just 2 years ago. Since then there are reports that their appearance on Long Island is inevitably soon.
Here’s a report from Philadelphia where these guys might show up sooner as they make their way up from the South!
