Now Disney+ Is Cracking Down on Password Sharing

If you’ve been sharing your Disney+ password . . . or using someone else’s . . . that’ll probably end this week.

Because Disney+ is officially cracking down, and if they catch you, they will force you to watch “Cars 2″.

I’m kidding.  They’re not SADISTS, after all.

But they’ll allow you to add an extra member.  It’ll cost an additional $6.99 a month for Disney+ Basic, and $9.99 for Disney+ Premium, and you can only add ONE member.  Oh, and they’re also raising their subscription prices next month.

You can try to keep getting away with sharing passwords, but Disney says they’ll be able to automatically detect when someone’s watching outside your household.

And if it happens to be YOU who’s doing it, you may need to enter a one-time password to verify that you’re the actual account holder.
