Can’t get into your E-Z Pass account? You’re not alone! This doesn’t mean your account is scammed. According to E-Z Pass New York, the site and app are temporarily shut down so upgrades can be made. Upgrades will include a live chat and expanded payment option.

In the meantime, customers won’t be able to check their account information, make changes, or online payments during this time.

The E-Z Pass website is expected to be back up and running after April 14th, according to PIX 11.
