Remember the days when people would randomly show up at your door and sing Christmas carols?  There’s an app for that now . . .

Uber Eats announced a new “Holiday Hub” section where you can hire someone to go pick up your Christmas gifts, or even pick out your tree for you.

There’s also an “Uber Carolers” option, where you can hire people to come sing on your doorstep.  But it’s a one-day-only thing, and only available in five cities:  New York, L.A., D.C., Dallas, and Miami.

The “one day” is tomorrow, December 7th . . . which is pretty early for carolers.  But if you’re a Christmas PSYCHO, there ya go.

They hired Macaulay Culkin for the ad because he needs company.  Quote, “During the holidays, I’ve been left all by myself not one, not two, but three times.  But I’m not by myself anymore.”  (Are they suggesting the carolers thing is mainly for depressed, lonely people?)
