Alessia is a 6-year-old from Central Islip, she was diagnosed with sickle cell anemia at just six weeks old. Because of her weakened immune system, she wears a mask in public and avoids gatherings to keep her out of the hospital. This December 22nd, the Taino Jeep Club of Long Island plans to bring Christmas to Alessia with a Christmas Caravan! If you would like to help bring joy to Alessia’s holiday season, the caravan meets at the Central Islip Train Station at 10am, just be sure to bring an unwrapped toy!
